If they have a console, why would they spend that kind of money again if devs want to bring it to their platform of choice for gaming?
I don't see why any of those multi-plat 3rd party games wouldn't come to that system although obviously some won't be able to come at the same time as other platforms. But really, I'm just stating the obvious and find it to easy to debate the article. I need something more thought provoking :/
Me personally, I only like a few exclusives on any platform. With that said, exclusives do give a platform an identity, so in general they are needed. I understand what the article is saying and it holds it's own truths.
Reached it's limits as far as what?
Poor Sony, I feel bad for them. At least for PS3 owners have something to keep them busy with the likes of LA NOIRE coming out tomorrow...
Ask and they will answer....
Although Starhawk looks undeniably sweet, the quirkiness of Warhawk will be missed.
Cardenjs, LA noire is coming out on the 360 next week. You're saying they should wait to release a new xbox to play this game? smh
@Best, lol, I just don't know what to say.
I wouldn't be surprised of such a savvy business move but--you providing some evidence of this would be welcomed.
"A LIVING LEGEND + 7m ago
I am a pathetic fool,I make no apologies"
I gotta agree with you on that.
If this game isn't the biggest then what is? You're a pathetic fool if you allow your hate for the series to delude your rational thinking into believing it won't be.
I wonder if he is making reference to a cliff hanger? Or maybe he is talking about the one who has quite the effect over a mass of lamb's...
Who remembers Cyborg Justice?
Ishi is not gay...I don't think...
I think with the new console they're bringing out, that they obviously are targeting the core audience. I also think they can let devs do whatever they want with the system and throw the money they made from the casuals toward the hard-core audience. That may sound underhanded, but I don't think the "casuals" will mind. It's kind of like vegetables not voicing an opinion on the fact they're being eaten.
Or use the hit-detection delay system the franchise has been using. I've only seen it happen once out of a sh*t load of matches.
"Climb a tower, pull someone off a ledge, jump six stories down, break an enemy’s neck, shoot a third, and then roll away while dropping a grenade is a typical fifteen second sequence in our game."
Yeah, I'll be waiting on some footage of that.
Hmmm, I re-read my comment and it came off some what snobbish. Bioware, what I meant to say was--well, what I've already said--but if you can just make the sliding into cover a "tap button" set-up, then I think you are on the right path. I'm so use to tapping A or X(for UC?) to slide into cover, that going from running to sliding into cover; by continuing holding the sprint button, is AKWARD.
That was rather in depth and I wouldn't mind more stuff from them.
Good example of why I'm a console gamer.
